Order Confirmation
- Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
- Orders are processed between Monday – Friday.
- As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
- If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email or phone with the choice of waiting or cancelling for a 100% refund.
- If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
- Signature is required for delivery of items for loss-prevention purposes.
Shipping Times
- We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times on each product page.
- Once an order is dispatched, delivery is approximately 5 – 7 days.

Refunds & Returns
- If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. Please note that as the customer, you are responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return or exchange process.
- Not all orders are eligible for return once they have shipped. We source products directly from manufacturers, and if a manufacturer does not permit returns, we are unfortunately unable to offer one on their behalf.
