Please note, our 30-day Return Policy is dependent upon our vendors’ return policies. If a product does not support the Biohacker Direct policy, it will be stated in the product description.
Please note: We do not determine these return policies as they are required by the brands themselves and we are charged these fees as well.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, please email us at support@biohackedirect.com with your order number and we will provide detailed instructions on how to process the return.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Please note, you as the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the item(s) in your order.
- Made to order items. In some cases, they can be returned with a restocking fee. Please contact us for details.
Please note that our 30-day return policy is subject to the return policies of our manufacturers. This policy applies to all products unless otherwise specified below.
We are happy to accept returns and provide replacements for products with manufacturing defects or workmanship issues. We also accept returns for fulfillment errors, such as receiving the wrong item.
Please note:
Replacements are offered only within the original warranty period.
We do not offer refunds.
Returns for reasons other than defects or fulfillment mistakes are not accepted.
If you choose to return your product within 15 days of delivery, simply contact us and we’ll be happy to issue a refund for the purchase price of the chamber, excluding the original shipping cost.
To qualify for a full refund, the chamber must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. If it is returned damaged, dirty, or with missing components, a fee will be deducted to cover the cost of restoration.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to Summit to Sea.
Cancelation Policy
Please note any orders cancelled within their lead time, prior to shipping, will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Return Policy
Returns must be requested within 21 days of original shipment. All returns must be pre-approved prior to shipping your item back to us. All returned items must be in their original condition, with original packaging. A 20% stocking fee applies to all approved returns. When returning a product for a refund, you are responsible for paying all shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. There are no refunds available on custom ordered products or chillers.
Refund Process
If upon receiving and inspecting a returned product, it is found to not be in its original condition, the return is subject to rejection. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. All refunds may take up to 14 days to process the paperwork and issue your refund.
New products sold by Newtowne Hyperbarics (NTH) may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund - rentals excluded. To qualify for a full refund the customer MUST contact NTH within 15 days of receipt of goods to get a Return Authorization Number.
All items must be carefully packed, insured, and returned in original packaging. Customer assumes all responsibility for any damage and expenses incurred while shipping back to the factory. Refund may be reduced by fees incurred during sale including credit card fees and shipping costs included with sale.
1) Our stated return policy is: We do not accept returns
a. It is very expensive to return products back across the border
2) If a product must be returned to the factory, the following will apply:
a. 20% Restocking fee
b. Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs to the factory
c. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition
d. Leisurecraft will inspect the product upon return and Leisurecraft will be the sole
decider of the condition of the product and the amount of the refund
1) Up to 14 days from order entry – you can cancel the order without penalty
2) After 14 days, a $65.00 cancelation fee will apply
3) Within 7 days of the ship date, the order cannot be canceled
4) For all Canadian Timber Collection products, Dealers will have 24 hours to cancel the order for the $65.00 cancelation fee.
1) Up to 14 days from order entry – you can edit/change the order without penalty
2) After 14 days, a $65.00 edit/change fee would apply
a. Examples: adding removing products, adding removing options, changing the ship to
address, changing the shipping method, etc.
3) Within 7 days of the ship date, the order cannot be edited or changed
4) After the product has shipped, if the Customer wants to change the ship to address, a $250 fee will apply
5) For all Canadian Timber Collection products, Dealers will have 24 hours to change the order for the $65.00 change fee. After 24 hours, the order can not be changed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@biohackerdirect.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@biohackerdirect.com.
If you would like to cancel an order, please email our customer service team immediately at support@biohackerdirect.com to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before order processing will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after items have been processed will follow our 30 Day Return Policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.
All orders over $5,000 or multiple order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee regardless of order status.
The following products are subject to a 10% cancellation fee regardless of order status due to the cost of the product: Dundalk.
Due to the manufacturing process, all custom-made items cannot be cancelled or returned.
