ThermaSol Day Spa Sentinel – Multiroom In-Use Indicator
Simplify spa operations with the Day Spa Sentinel room in-use monitor, designed to work seamlessly with Day Spa Series commercial steam generators. Installed at a front desk or attendant station, the system clearly displays room status using red and green indicator lights.
The unit can be installed up to 100 feet from the steam generator and supports monitoring for 1 to 4 steam rooms. A built-in power-saving mode ensures efficient standby operation when rooms are not in use.

Order Confirmation
- Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
- Orders are processed between Monday – Friday.
- As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
- If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email or phone with the choice of waiting or cancelling for a 100% refund.
- If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
- Signature is required for delivery of items for loss-prevention purposes.
Shipping Times
- We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times on each product page.
- Once an order is dispatched, delivery is approximately 5 – 7 days.

Refunds & Returns
- If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. Please note that as the customer, you are responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return or exchange process.
- Not all orders are eligible for return once they have shipped. We source products directly from manufacturers, and if a manufacturer does not permit returns, we are unfortunately unable to offer one on their behalf.
