Six Distinct Sauna Experiences
Switch between Russian Banya, Finnish Sauna, Estonian Sauna, Yoga Sauna, Salt Sauna, and Aroma Sauna modes. Each setting adjusts airflow, temperature, and humidity levels to create authentic sauna experiences.

Himalayan Salt Ion Therapy
Seven included Himalayan salt spheres release ionized air throughout your sauna session. The system circulates these therapeutic ions to enhance decongestion, reduce inflammation, and provide anti-microbial benefits.

Engineering Excellence
Developed in cooperation with Tallinn University of Technology, the Saunum AIR 7 addresses thermal stratification through scientific research and engineering innovation. The significantly larger stone volume compared to traditional heaters creates especially pleasant indoor climate with long, soft steam.
The system captures hot steam rising to the ceiling, mixes it with cooler floor-level air, and redistributes milder steam evenly throughout the sauna. This creates comfortable conditions where you can enjoy longer sessions without the harsh temperature contrasts of traditional saunas.
- Air Mixing Technology – Saunum patented air blending system mixes cold oxygen-rich air from the floor with hot oxygen-poor air off the ceiling to solve the discomfort so many associate with sauna. AirIQ WiFi
Easily control the Saunum heater and climate device with just a few taps on the screen.
- For use with Saunum electric heaters up to 12 kW (Over 12 kW requires a separate contactor box.)
- Temperature selection ranges from 104 °F – 194°F (40°C - 90°C).
- Allows you to set the operating time of the heater: up to 1 hour in a private sauna, up to 6 hours in a public sauna.
- Allows you to select up to 3 Preset Sauna settings: (selectable temperature, time, climate device speed)
- Classic Nordic Steam Sauna
- for temperatures from 140°F - 194°F (60°C - 90°C). Valve of the Climate Device open to 25% with speed level 1.
- Humid Steam-rich Sauna
- for temperatures from 113°F - 140°F (45°C - 60°C). Valve of the Climate Device open to 100% with speed level 2 or 3.
- Mild, Relaxing Sauna
- for temperatures from 104 °F – 131 °F (40°C - 55°C). Valve of the Climate Device open to 25% with speed level 1.
- AirIQ WiFi allows for sauna session scheduling for a specific day, time, and sauna type for the week.
