Orders will usually ship within 6 business days once an order is placed. Tracking will become available and emailed to you once the item ships from PA.
Customers can expect general lead times of receiving product within 12 business days.
Purchases shipping ground will be delivered to the customer’s front door unless otherwise specified. PO boxes will not be able to receive shipments.
Purchases shipping freight will require an appointment set up by the carrier 24 hours prior to delivery and will include lift gate services to drop ship items to your curb side.
Returns & Exchanges
York Barbell accepts returns and exchanges for unused items in new condition within 30 days of purchase.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unused and in new condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds
Refunds or store credits will be issued for the value of the returned item(s) only. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
- Up to 25%: Items returned without original packaging or opened
- Up to 50%: Items returned damaged or with missing parts
All returned items are subject to inspection. York Barbell reserves the right to reduce the refund amount if products are returned incomplete or in damaged condition.

Note: Warranty does not cover warping, cracking, or environmental damage. Damage caused by improper use (e.g. dropping weights, non-athletic footwear, or hard objects impacting the platform) is not covered.
