MrSteam® Return Policy
Mr.Steam only accepts returns of new and uninstalled items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact support@biohackerdirect.com to begin the returns process.
Before sending anything back, please email Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. If the return is required due to damage, please include pictures and indicate whether the shipping damage was noted upon signing for the delivery.
Mr.Steam covers the shipping costs for returns due to shipping damage or a Mr.Steam error.
MrSteam® Limited Warranty
MrSteam® warrants that every MrSteam® Residential Steambath Generator (“Generator”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for its lifetime. MrSteam® will repair or replace (at its option) a Generator which fails to conform to this warranty. If the warranty claim is made within two years from the date of purchase of the Generator, MrSteam® will provide free in-home warranty service, parts and labor. If the warranty claims is made after two years from the date of purchase of the Generator, MrSteam® will provide a lifetime warranty on parts.
