We ship our spas directly from our warehouse to your door. There is no middle man, and no drop shipping. All units are brand new in the box. We ship anywhere in the USA within 8-10 business days for in stock models. Stock changes frequently so please contact us if you need a specific delivery date. In stock orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

A tracking number for your order will be provided at the time of shipment.

Your shipment will be delivered with a lift gate on board the delivery truck which will easily lower the shipping crate slowly and safely into your driveway. You must contact a spa moving company or have assistance to move the spa beyond the curb at the time of delivery. The trucking company will not move the spa beyond the curb. 

Residential Delivery Service

Residential delivery is included as part of our free shipping policy. Some residential locations however may be undeliverable or in a remote area not serviced by the trucking company. In the event that your spa cannot be delivered due to hazardous conditions such as gravel roads or limited access, there may be additional charges for delivery. If the trucking company cannot safely deliver the spa to your residence you will have the option to have it picked up at the local terminal by a residential moving company at your own expense. 

Commercial Delivery Service

Commercial delivery service is available to any business in the US or Canada at no additional charge.

Safe Handling

Our shipping services include extra packaging to keep your sauna in perfect condition when it arrives at your door. Our packaging has the normal cardboard and styrofoam packing materials in addition to corner protectors inside the packaging. We also reinforce the shipping pallet using top grade lumber to crate each and every unit into safely moving cargo.

Notify Prior to Delivery

We provide a notification service to each customer when the unit has left our ware house via phone and we will also contact you prior to the actual delivery in order to schedule the delivery window with you to ensure you are there when the shipment arrives. This ensures you are there to inspect the unit and to accept the delivery. The shipping company will not show up at your home unexpected.

Delivery Policy

When your spa is delivered, the purchaser of the unit must be present for the delivery. The purchaser is required to inspect the packaging for damage, torn boxes, or holes in any of the packaging. Do not sign the delivery receipt until you are 100% sure that the product you received is in good condition. Title passes upon signature of the delivery receipt. 

Damage that is noted at the time of delivery will be covered by our warranty policy. Damages that are reported later with no exemptions on the delivery receipt will not be covered. The packages must be opened within 3 days of receiving them to ensure the product is in good condition. If damage is found internally with no damage to the outside of the box, call Luxury Spas USA at 866. 220.7405 to report the issue. Any type of internal damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery in order to be covered.

RETURN POLICY

You can return any item purchased from Luxury Spas USA within 30 days of receipt if the item is brand new and uninstalled. The item should be in its new and original condition (including: packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.). Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the time the return is received at our warehouse. 

Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back to our location, you must package the product the same way you received it including any shrink wrap, tape and form. This will help prevent damages back to us. Damaged packages shipped back to us due to poor packaging may result in a restocking fee of up to 25%.

The customer must pay all costs related to the original shipping and return shipping charges even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15%.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS POLICY

Please open and inspect all items once they arrive. You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any broken or defective items. If you receive a broken or defective product please contact us at 1.866.220.7405. Defective or broken items will be replaced or repaired at no charge once we receive notification of the defect or damage. After 30 days, any broken or defective items will be covered under our standard warranty policy which can be found under our Terms and Conditions. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours if the order has not been shipped yet.  Most orders are normally shipped out within 24 hours. If you cancel the order after the order has been shipped out , you will be charged the for the original and return shipping charges and any re-consignment fees imposed by the trucking company.

 All orders that are canceled will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed.

This warranty covers all Luxury Spas branded Cold Plunge tubs which are purchased directly from Luxury Spas USA Ltd. This warranty certificate is non-transferable.

Acrylic Shell - 2 Year Limited Residential Shell Warranty

Luxury Spas warrants the acrylic shell against water loss arising from structural failure for a period of 2 years from the original purchase date. Luxury Spas warrants the acrylic shell surface against water loss arising from defects in materials, including cracks, blisters, peeling and delamination for a period of 2 years. The warranty coverage includes all parts and labor necessary for repair or replacement.

Electrical Equipment – 1 Year Limited Residential Warranty

Luxury Spas warrants the electrical components including the chiller and electronic control system – against malfunction arising from defects in materials and workmanship, for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The electrical equipment warranty covers the
parts only necessary for repair. Labor cost for repair or replacement of electrical equipment will be covered up to 1 Year from the date of purchase. Water leaks from chiller, pump and plumbing unions are not included under the electrical warranty coverage.

Cold Plunge Components – 1 Year Limited Residential Warranty

Luxury Spas warrants all non-electrical spa components, including any caps, covers, clips and jets against malfunction arising from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Labor cost for repair or replacement of electrical equipment will be covered up to 1 Year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Terms

All warranties apply to the original customer, at the original address that the cold plunge was delivered. The limited warranty does not include the cost of shipping parts back to Luxury Spas, or to an authorized repair center. This warranty does not include costs incurred using non-authorized repair centers. Customers must have written consent from
Luxury Spas before proceeding with any repair that is to be reimbursed by Luxury Spas.

In all cases, Luxury Spas has sole responsibility for determining the cause and nature of a fault. Luxury Spas reserves the right to provide a replacement cold plunge of equivalent value if we deem it to be necessary. In such a circumstance, the customer shall be responsible for the cost of moving and installing the new cold plunge into position.

Performance

The Customer must report any discovered defect to Luxury Spas within 10 business days. A Luxury Spas technical representative will then diagnose the issue over the telephone and may suggest possible solutions for the customer to attempt. If these suggestions fail to resolve the issue, Luxury Spas will then arrange for a repair technician to visit the site.

If the repair technician is sent out and discovers there is no issue, or the issue is not manufacturing related, then the customer will be responsible for the service call. If a manufacturing-related issue is discovered there is no charge for the technician’s visit. If the
technician determines that any fault is not covered under this warranty, the customer is solely responsible for the cost of any parts and or labor charges.

Exclusions

This Limited Warranty is void if Luxury Spas or its designated representative determines that the cold plunge has been subjected to alteration, neglect, misuse or abuse, or freight damage caused by the common carrier; or if the failure is caused by accident, acts of God or other causes beyond the control of Luxury Spas. Neglect, misuse, and abuse include any installation, operation or maintenance of the cold plunge other than in accordance with the instructions contained in the owner’s manual provided with the spa, including but not
limited to the failure to maintain proper water chemistry and chemical balance and the use of abrasive or improper cleaners. Cold plunge tubs used in a commercial application are excluded from any coverage whatsoever.

Disclaimers

Except as specifically provided by the law, Luxury Spas and its representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, cost or other damage, whether incidental or consequential, arising out of any defect covered by this Limited Warranty, including, without limitation, loss of use of the cold plunge and cost for removal of defective product, even if Luxury Spas has been advised of the possibility of such damage. The liability of Luxury Spas under this
Limited Warranty, if any, shall not exceed the original amount paid for the defective product. Coverage under this Limited Warranty shall commence as of the original date of purchase and the duration of such coverage shall not extend for any reason whatsoever beyond the stated time periods. These disclaimers shall be equally applicable to any service provided by Luxury Spas USA and its representative.
