Installation
Order Confirmation
- Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
- Orders are processed between Monday – Friday.
- As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
- If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email or phone with the choice of waiting or cancelling for a 100% refund.
- If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
- Signature is required for delivery of items for loss-prevention purposes.
Shipping Times
- We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times on each product page.
- Once an order is dispatched, delivery is approximately 5 – 7 days.
- Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Biohacker Direct's control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.
Delivery
- This product's price includes "White Glove" shipping services to the contiguous United States. Note: On rare occasions, remote or complex delivery areas may not qualify.
- This exceptional Ice Tub requires delivery by a special appointment, and on a wooden pallet.
- The driver is responsible for "White Glove" delivery in the continental US, arranged by the Kohler logistics team and the intended recipient.
- Kohler White Glove Services include transportation costs, placing the Ice Tub in the desired location inside or outside the home (up or down 1 flight of stairs), leveling the tub, and disposal of all packaging materials.
- Note: Kohler will schedule these services directly with the customer.
- Our goal is to ensure your project's success.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.
Please note that not all products are eligible for return once they have shipped. As we source many of our products directly from the manufacturer, returns are subject to each manufacturer’s return policy. If a manufacturer does not allow a product to be returned, we are unfortunately unable to accept a return for that item. Because policies vary by brand and product, we recommend contacting us in advance if you would like confirmation on the return eligibility of a specific item.
Due to significantly increasing LTL and freight shipping costs, all standard returns are subject to a 25% cancellation/restocking fee, in addition to return shipping costs. If you are exchanging your product for another item, we may be able to assist with some of the associated costs depending on the product.
The seller reserves the right to withhold any refund until the returned goods have been received, inspected, and confirmed to be free from damage. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the product has been returned to the warehouse and successfully inspected.
Kohler Co. warrants the KOHLER x Remedy Place Ice Bath (“Product”) to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential usage for two (2) years from the date of purchase or the date of delivery (if later than the date of purchase) as long as the original purchaser owns the Product. The warranty applies to Product purchased and installed in the United States and Canada.
Warranty is void if the Product is installed in a commercial application.
Kohler Co. will, at its election, repair or replace defective Product that is covered by this warranty where Kohler Co. inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage. Damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not
covered by this warranty.
