The Glacier system combines a 50 sq ft antimicrobial filter, built-in ozone generator, and upgraded UV purification to keep water consistently clear and clean with minimal chemical input. Compatible with the AO₃P upgrade for enhanced water quality.
46 Interchangeable Jets
Black Ice jets in three sizes — directional and massage — can be rotated and interchanged across all seat positions. Adjustable air controls let every user fine-tune jet pressure independently, delivering back, shoulder, leg, and foot relief on demand.
Social Seating Layout
Open bench seating and two deep captain's chairs create a multi-level layout that's as well suited to group conversation as it is to individual hydrotherapy. The spacious interior gives seven adults genuine room to move, reposition, and relax freely.

- Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
- Orders are processed between Monday – Friday.
- As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
- If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email or phone with the choice of waiting or cancelling for a 100% refund.
- If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
- Signature is required for delivery of items for loss-prevention purposes.
Returns
All Sales Are Final. Due to the nature of hot tubs and spa products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a hot tub has been purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure product safety, hygiene standards, and quality control. Customers are encouraged to carefully review product specifications and ask any questions prior to completing their purchase.
Cancellations
Orders that are cancelled after being paid are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total order value.
Shipping Times
- We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times on each product page.
- Once an order is dispatched, delivery is approximately 10 – 14 days.
- Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Biohacker Direct's control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.
Delivery
Curbside Delivery is included in your price and is defined as residential tailgate delivery. Final curbside delivery location is at the discretion of the driver. Swim spa deliveries only include flatbed delivery to consumers address. The consumer is responsible for offloading the swim spa.
Backyard Delivery
Backyard delivery is an additional service paid directly by the consumer and can be arranged after purchase. Contact support@biohackerdirect.com if you wish to proceed with this option. The cost generally ranges between $350 and $950, depending on factors such as the access point to the backyard, the final placement location, as well as any steps, slopes, or other obstacles.
All deliveries are coordinated directly between the customer and Liberty Spas to ensure the logistics are properly arranged.
